Structure

Though the structure of a book varies depending on the type of book and the binding method used, most books have some common elements

The structure of a book includes:
1. Front cover and back cover bound by spine . The page of a book are also bound by the spine, which is the binding material. There may a front flap which provides additional information about the book.
2. Content in the front of the book, which includes
a. Title page, author information.
b. Copyright information like owner, date
c. Printing edition, cataloging information
d. Table of contents,preface, list of figures, acknowledgement
3. The content of the book.
4. Content at the end of the book.
a. Appendix
